How I work

“I’ve spent five years on decathlon.com.tr, making key pages 20–30% faster, building shared components and testing changes before they reach every shopper. My own products taught me the rest: designing the screens, writing the backend, getting through store review and answering the first support email myself. I like owning the whole problem.”

RPMBase

A digital garage for the car you own

Service history, fuel, mileage, expenses and documents in one place. The garage screen answers one question, what should I do next, and an assistant answers questions from the car's own records and reads receipt photos into entries.

Tibblo – Pocket Pet

Virtual pet game for families · current project

Ten pets to adopt and raise, a home and a garden to decorate, a little town to explore and 15 gentle mini-games. Built for children and the parents who hand them the phone: no ads, no account, no tracking, fully offline, and a grown-up check before every purchase.

What I built

Game design, economy and UI for children aged 6 and up
All art drawn from scripted SVG parts; sound and music synthesized in code
Store billing, Play Games and iCloud cloud save, local reminders
Google Play Families setup: no ads, no data collection, parent gate
English and Turkish, with accessibility settings throughout
Automated test suites for layout, economy and saves

Software Development Engineer

Decathlon Türkiye

Lead frontend development and performance work on decathlon.com.tr and the company's omnichannel in-house apps.
Cut bundle size and reworked code splitting and production builds, making key conversion pages load about 20–30% faster.
Built shared UI components in an NX monorepo used across several applications.
Ran A/B tests with Statsig on Click & Collect, Ship-from-Store and returns journeys.
Developed InOut, a real-time evacuation and staff tracking system used in 40+ stores and HQ.
Worked across analytics, monitoring and delivery: GA4, GTM, Amplitude, Datadog, GitHub Actions, AWS, GCP and Kubernetes.
