1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Başar Ballıöz ("we", "us"), the developer of Tibblo – Pocket Pet ("Tibblo", "the game"). By downloading or playing Tibblo you accept them. If a child plays, a parent or guardian accepts these terms for them and is responsible for their use of the game.
2. Your licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use Tibblo for your own non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control, as allowed by the store you got it from.
If you downloaded Tibblo from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs that licence. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. These terms add details about the game and never reduce your rights under the store's terms.
3. Coins and in-game items
- Coins, food, toys, clothes and decorations exist only inside the game. You can earn coins by playing and caring for your pet, or buy coin packs.
- They have no value outside the game. They cannot be exchanged for real money, sold, or transferred to another person, and we do not buy them back.
- You receive a licence to use them in the game, not ownership.
- Your coins and items are saved on your device. If you delete the game or use "Start over" without cloud save, they cannot be recovered. Purchased coin packs can be restored only as the store allows.
- We may adjust prices in coins, rewards and game balance in updates, but we will not take away items you already have without good reason, such as fixing a bug or misuse.
4. Purchases and refunds
Coin packs are sold through the App Store or Google Play, which handle payment under their own terms. Prices are shown in the store in your currency before you confirm, including any taxes the store applies. Coins are delivered to the game immediately after the purchase.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from:
- App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play refund policies
If a purchase didn't arrive, use "Restore purchases" in Settings or contact us. Nothing in these terms limits the consumer rights that the law of your country gives you, including any right of withdrawal and remedies for faulty digital content.
5. Children and parents
Tibblo is designed for children aged 6 and up. A grown-up check (a multiplication question) comes before every purchase and every link that leaves the game, but it does not replace a parent's supervision. We recommend turning on your device's purchase controls; our parents' guide explains how. Parents and guardians are responsible for purchases made on devices they manage.
6. Fair use
Please don't copy, modify, sell or rent the game; don't use cheats, hacks or tools that change the game's files or purchases; and don't reverse engineer it except where the law allows. We may stop supporting a copy of the game that has been tampered with.
7. Ownership
Tibblo, its name, characters, art, sounds, music and code are owned by Başar Ballıöz and protected by copyright and other laws. The game is built with the Godot Engine and other open-source components under the MIT licence, and uses the Nunito typeface under the SIL Open Font License; those parts belong to their authors.
8. Updates and availability
We may update Tibblo to add content, fix bugs or meet store and legal requirements. The game plays offline, but we cannot promise it will keep working on every future device or operating system. If we ever stop offering the game, we will try to give reasonable notice on this website.
9. Liability
We work hard to make Tibblo safe and reliable, but it is provided as it is, without promises beyond those the law requires. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, or for loss of in-game progress. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under mandatory consumer protection rules.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts there.
11. Changes to these terms and contact
If we change these terms, we will post the new version here with a new date. Questions: support@ballioz.com. See also our privacy policy and imprint.
