It helps if you tell us your phone model and the version number shown at the bottom of Settings → About Tibblo. Children: please ask a parent to write for you.
Purchases
I bought coins but didn't get them
Open Settings and tap "Restore purchases". The game checks with the App Store or Google Play and adds anything that is missing. If that doesn't help, email us with the date of the purchase and the order number from your store receipt.
How do I get a refund?
Payments go through the store, so refunds do too. iPhone and iPad: reportaproblem.apple.com. Android: open play.google.com, go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, or read Google Play's refund policies.
How do I stop my child from buying things?
Every purchase already asks a grown-up question first. For full control, turn on your device's purchase settings; our parents' guide shows how on iPhone and Android.
Progress and phones
How do I keep my pet when I change phones?
Turn on "Cloud save" in Settings on the old phone. On the new phone, sign in with the same Google Play Games profile (Android) or Apple Account (iPhone, iPad), install Tibblo and turn on Cloud save again. Cloud save works between devices of the same kind, not between Android and iPhone.
The game says my progress is different on two devices
When two devices both changed the save, Tibblo asks which one to keep. Choose the device with the pet you want. The other version is replaced.

How do I turn off reminders?
Open Settings and switch Reminders off. When they are on, they stay quiet between 20:00 and 08:00 by default.
Can I change the language?
Yes. Tibblo is in English and Turkish, and you can switch in Settings.
Text is too small, or the animations are too much
Settings has options for larger text, reduced motion, sound, music and vibration.
Privacy and data
How do I delete my data?
"Settings → Start over" deletes the pets on this device, and uninstalling deletes all of the game's files. A cloud copy can be removed in Google Play Games settings or in iCloud storage. Tibblo has no account and we hold no data about you; see the privacy policy for step-by-step instructions.

Oyun, iki cihazdaki ilerlememin farklı olduğunu söylüyor
İki cihazda da kayıt değiştiyse Tibblo hangisinin kalacağını sorar. İstediğin dostun olduğu cihazı seç; diğer sürümün yerine o geçer.

Verilerimi nasıl silerim?
"Ayarlar → Baştan başla" bu cihazdaki dostları siler; oyunu kaldırmak bütün dosyalarını siler. Buluttaki kopya Google Play Games ayarlarından ya da iCloud saklama alanından silinebilir. Tibblo'da hesap yok ve senin hakkında bizde hiçbir veri yok; adım adım anlatım için gizlilik politikasına bak.
